Text to 80041 costs £3 plus your standard mobile network rates for the request message and is charged by your service provider.

STEP 2. We'll send you £3 call credit direct to your mobile followed by a confirmation text containing an Access Number and your PIN.

STEP 3. Call abroad

  • dial the 020 7124 6666 access number
  • Listen to the message
  • At the prompt dial the full international number you are calling. Do not press send after dialling your international destination this will charge the call via your mobile provider and not our service.
Rates
  • You are charged from the time of connection to our service so please hang up after a short time if your call is engaged or unanswered.
  • BT apply a 11.5 pence (as of 05/07/11) (inc VAT) Call-Set-Up Fee to each call.

  • Our service can be used from the mobile number used for the subscription to our service or from another phone using a PIN.
  • Calls to our 0207 access number will be charged by your service provider at their standard rate or included in your call package.
  • If you don't use our service to make a call or send a top up request within 90 days any unused Calling Credit will expire.
